Sleep
Arianna Huffington, president of the Huffington Post always talks about the importance of sleep. In her glass office in Manhattan she can be seen on her couch throughout the day taking power naps. She encourages her employees to use the sleep lounge provided for that purpose. Why? To stay healthy, refreshed and clear-minded.
I just woke up from one and couldn't agree more. Used to be I thought working 18 hour days was the way to get ahead. Has gotten me only bad health, poor work habits like running late and trouble with my spouse. Kinda dumb, eh?
Well, I'm slowly changing things and my sleep habits are improving (even though I'm writing this at 1:00AM!)
I'll continue to work on this habit and get a good 7 - 8 hours sleep so my work here at WA will be successful.
Can I get an Amen? 😴 Dan

I've realized I can't create quality work without getting enough sleep. (At least, that's always my excuse to not wake up early lol)
