Diversify
Lots of members blog here and I read when we can. I'm focusing on making a living right now to support my family so I can't take too much time for reading. Helping a friend clean commercial buildings, creating flyers for her and meeting with potential clients to support her as she needs it.
I'm a RE consultant and have several clients needing property investigation and marketing support for land projects. Just obtained my RE broker license and am working with a designated broker to sell commercial properties and land. Also, a contractor may have an opening for a project manager and I'm meeting with him this week.
Additionally, working on selling product on Amazon and website and getting slow start on WA, but I have a FB account that is just the right fit for promoting WA and other wealth incubation actions people can take. Baby steps leading to bigger actions as it were. That's a work in progress.
Diversification is the key as employment in JOBS is uncertain these days (at least for me it has been) and one must keep up with the latest technology and social media. As I've said in other blogs, I'm a glass full guy and know with my ongoing efforts and positive attitude, I'll be able to help others with an unlimited payback potential unencumbered by guilt. I choose to embrace these exciting and challenging times! BE$T, Dan

Diversification is always a good idea. When you are starting up your businesses it is hard to fin enough time for all..
Good luck to you and all the best
wish you every success with those goals and I agree it can be time consuming reading everything that passes here on WA
