Progress so far
My progress has been slower than I would have liked becuase of my commitments with my job (I'm a primary school teacher) and my son (I'm a single parent.) I have the basic structure of my site created, although it still looks a little too 'blog' like and less like a professional website than I would like. I've enjoyed learning about SEO and writing content accordingly, but am yet to see if it produces any traffic. I feel confident in my knowledge about my niche, because I have a good deal of expertise in it, and I am confident of writing more quality content. The niche I have chosen is technology in education (ed-tech.)
I have become a ShareASale partner and have already found one product on there that I want to write a recommendation for, so am looking forward to getting the affiliate link up and running on that post on my website.
Over the next 3 months I plan to write more content that has reccomendations for specific products or services and get the affiliate links up on my site, including some products through Amazon to become an Amazon affiliate.
In the next 6 months I hope to be able to condut a lot more research into quality products and services within ed-tech, and also to take my own unique photos to use on my website. I also plan to buy another domain to focus more on the digital marketing side and connect this to some ideas on forex trading and cryptocurrency that I have.

If you carry on following the training you will get there in the end, my site isn’t exactly how I’d like it but I’m sure after getting more proficient at Wordpress it will look much better.
