There is a Paradyme Shift Happening in the Workplace
Colloges and Universities have changed how they teach students when it comes tio career choices. There has beemn a paradyme shift in the job market and colleges or universities haven't shifted with the times.
If you want to become an entrepreneur today, it's hit or miss because the rules have changed. It's no longer just competing with your local competitor because we're now a global economy. It's no longer just marketing your company effective or having the better prices.
Today, it's all about marketing both online and offline, it's mass marketing using technology. It's building a relationship with your customers---where do you learn about Internet Marketing or entrepreneurships?
Not in todays school that's for sure. Most like online thhrough websites likw Skillshare, Udemy, or from professional speakers and trainers who have written training programs on the topic.

The workplace is changing faster than anyone realizes. Automation will replace repetative jobs such as paralegal and checkout clerk. Self driving vehicles are predicted to replace 5 million jobs in the USA alone.
Only people who have a broad knowledge of their field and are specialists in one area of their field will be hired for long term careers. Half the US workforce will be working gig to gig within the next 10 years.
The only security will be in a business of our own. For me that business is IM.
Yes that is very true and I find it happening all across the board. Industries constantly have to shift and go with the new world order or they are out of business. From large to small, the paradigm is indeed shifting. We all have to work smarter and faster.
