Often people wait until the time is perfect and they have all their ducks lined up in a row to start a business. But the best time to start should be, when when you first have a germ of an idea of what you want to do, rather than waiting until you're ready. You never know when you are truly ready and waiting for tomorrow until the time is perfect means that it will never happen.
