When the IdividualDisability Education Act (IDEA) was passed in 1977 and took effect in 1980--teachers and parents sat down together to come up with an IndivualEducation Plan(IEP) for each student---a set of goals for them to reach at the end of the year
sometimes they surpassed those goals---sometimes they struggled to reach them
Only you know what you're capable of achieving and don't let someone else break your spirit
