Hi everyone,

No matter what niche we’re in, consistency is often the bridge between an idea and real progress. But staying consistent isn’t always easy — life gets busy, motivation dips, and unexpected things pop up.

For me, the toughest part is pushing through when every part of me just wants to relax or watch Netflix. Over time, I’ve built habits that keep me consistent, even when my energy is low. There have been setbacks, but I’ve always found a way through.
