When we talk about building in a niche, we often focus on what feels difficult. But with time and repetition, certain things that once felt heavy can become more natural.
For me, writing consistently has become much easier. In the beginning, it required a lot more mental effort and structure. Now, it feels more like part of my routine.
Prioritizing has also improved. I’ve learned to focus on what actually moves things forward instead of reacting to every new idea or distraction. Testing ideas feels less intimidating, too. It’s no longer about being right, but about learning.
