Hi everyone,
Deciding what to include in an article is something we talk about often. But figuring out what to leave out is a much harder question than it seems at first glance.
I never really thought about it until I realized I had gone too broad with my own niche.
Once I saw that, I had to create a filter for myself. On a larger scale, I now leave out anything that simply wanders off-topic from my core focus.

On a smaller scale, within a single piece of content, I leave out everything that is too broad or could become a distraction for the reader. If a detail doesn't directly help them find the specific answer they are looking for, it gets cut.
It can be tough to hit delete on good information, but removing the extra noise makes the message much stronger.
How about you?
