How Do You Avoid Burning Out While Staying Consistent?
Hi everyone,
Staying consistent in our niche journey doesn’t necessarily mean working nonstop or pushing ourselves to the limit. Over time, I’ve learned that consistency only works if it’s sustainable.
Honestly, I don’t tend to work long hours on my business. It’s still my side project for now, and I do my best to balance it with the other things going on in my life. I try to do something every day, even if it’s just briefly, but I don’t want to drive myself to exhaustion. For me, prioritizing quality over quantity feels like the right approach for the long run.
How about you?
How do you avoid burning out while staying consistent?
Do you have a way of balancing your niche work with the rest of your life?

Dan

Dan, this is a very important topic for us all to think a about seriously.
I have a habit of burning myself out especially this time of the year, but this year I am full of energy without expeiencing chronic fatigue.
I break up my daily tasks in two periods, I work in the morning when I am the most productive until lunchtime. In the afternon I take a much needed break to recharge my batteries, than in the evening I am at it again until close to bedtime.
By simple taking the afternoon off I am naturally improving my production and energy level,
Jeff
