I'm indexed on Google, and it feels like I haven't done anything!

Have you ever tried to watch grass grow? Have you ever planted a seed and then watched till it broke the surface? That's what it feels like as I follow along through the videos OJT. It feels like I'm working in maple syrup, where every move I make is slow-motion. Then something like this happens, and my website getting indexed suddenly puts everything into perspective. Then I understood that every move I make is like a move on a Chess board, calculated for maximum effectiveness while looking ahead a dozen activities.

I am so impressed with the flow of the lessons! Each lesson builds on the previous class while building the knowledge needed a half dozen lessons ahead, with every lesson created for maximum effectiveness without mentally overloading me, the student. In all honesty, one of the reasons my forward momentum isn't what I think it should be is due to my habitual note-taking. Since my doctoral journey, I've embraced the Bullet Journal Method of note-taking, and even in this abbreviated form, it entails 22 pages organized in Microsoft Word, complete with an auto-updating table of contents and back index! Why the notes when I can return to the lessons whenever I want? Once this first website is ready, I plan three more websites in Phase One of my project plan. Following a well-organized bulleted path will significantly shorten website and SEO creation while building memory paths for later, AND I won't worry about forgetting something important.

Don't you love it when a plan comes together? Sometimes we get so busy thinking about time and its implications on the project we forget to celebrate milestones.
