My story
Ready to learn
As a former college professor, learning and researcher are still my passions. I am hoping to soak up as much as I can from not only the training but also from all of you. My educational background is fairly lengthy. I have a BS in international marketing with a minor in finance, a dual MBA: marketing and in management and labor relations, an MS in psychology, and a DM (doctorate of management --same as a Ph.D.) in organization leadership. Yes, you can shout nerd now.
For my nerd side, my research passions include understanding the effects of the differences in the generations on business, emotional intelligence, leadership styles, organizational development, organizational leadership, and change management. This is just a small part of the list. I will research anything that sounds interesting! For my personal side, I have become interested in essential oils and aromatherapy/alternative/holistic medicine.
I am a total sci-fi, fantasy, horror geek girl. Yes, I actually play dungeons & dragons!
