My experience with Bing Ads
Well, after watching and re-watching the training on using Bing Ads, I decided to give it a try. If you are a NEW subscriber--you will get a $100 is free Bing Ads just by signing up. Keep in mind, I knew this, but the offer didn't happen right away, I received an email about the offer a week or so after signing up with Bing Ads. Not sure why that happened--but it did!
So once my free $100 worth of Bing Ads came through, I went to Bing Ads and set up a Campaign--it's a little different than the WA training--but easy enough to catch on and understand. Since it wasn't my money, I went for $25 in ads a day. Here are the results:
$25 a day lasted 3.5 days. (But Bing used all but 20% of my free $$--I used the option of when the money runs out--the ad shuts down).
There was 218 clicks total in 3.5 days
There was NO conversions
My busiest days were Sunday and Monday with 61 and 71 clicks respectively.
The average CPC (Cost Per Click) was $.47
But what I found most interesting was the Keywords:
Work From Home had 121 clicks out of the 218 total clicks.
Part Time Jobs had 60 clicks
Make Money Online had 29 clicks
What I am saying here is that I have learned a few things:
1) I need to work on my landing page to make the content more relevant to the customer or average person--so that they WANT to click on my links
2) There is an audience out there that is looking to work from home in a part time job where you can make money online. We just got to find them.
3) I found that BingAds can be very expensive as I don't have an extra $25 a day sitting around for advertising, but the data was very valuable. But I'm not sure it is worth spending $100 for NOT ONE CONVERSION......
Just something to think about as you continue your journey with WA!!
