You mentioned that you posted on the message/question board but did you put in a ticket already via SiteSupport and has no one gotten back to you?
Usually when I put a ticket into SiteSupport I get a response within a reasonable abount of time.

i purchased a new theme on theme forest, I downloaded it... I've tried to upload the zip file about 5x on the new theme upload and everytime i get a failure notice, does anyone
This can happen when the theme files are larger than the WP upload limit.
You may need to upload the theme manually via FTP because that way you can upload any size. First though, I suggest you put in a Hosting support ticket to make sure there are no technical or permission issues affecting your upload.

I've tried that Jude. This is the response I keep getting- Failure Notice. how do you upload manually via FTP? Can you please break it down.
it's saying it failed to install. I don't understand why... i uploaded the zip file right into the new theme upload 5x. it says failed, would you like to try again.
Maybe there are additional files in the zip file.
Try and unzip it on your computer first and see what's inside.
If there are multiple folders and one of them is named like your theme, then that is the one you will need to zip again and upload to wordpress.
If that doesn't work, then you should follow Jude's advice.

Try going to Appearance > Customize and depending on your theme, it could be located in the top.

Important : All the Theme Options in upcoming version (i-craft 1.1.3 and above) will be moved
to Customizer as per WordPress.org recommendation. Make sure you have PHP version 5.3
or above and WordPress Version 4.0 or above before you upgarde.
MAYBE YOU SHOULD SWITCH THEMES TO CUSTOMIZER PER THEIR RECOMMENDATION.

OK I installed it, went to theme options and had no issues plugging in a custom image. YOU NEED TO SWITCH TO CUSTOMIZER THEME PER THEIR RECOMMENDATION. Also, some guy is trying to make me pay $10.00 for this theme.

Next install the plug-ins that they tell you to.
next goto appearance. Theme options and make your changes.

No. Your theme requires 2 plugins. It tells you once you activate the theme. I had no issues once I installed it's plugins. The plugins has Many many editable options once you install the two plugins that it requires.
all you need to do is to follow the instructions on the screen after you activate the theme. I installed the theme on my website ,activated it, installed the plugins that it told me to and everything was fine.
It is more than likely under theme > customize, but it would be much easier to help you out if we could see what you are talking about.
