Breakfast!

Hi,

I would like to introduce a little bit of myself here before I begin to serve you guys a breakfast!. I come from the land of smile, guess what is this country? -Thailand!. My family and friends like to call me "O", yes! "O" just one alphabet. It sounds funny right? Who in this world would name"O"? Oh yeah It's me!

Actually, my elder brother had named me ever since he had his really first english lesson at his nursery school. Thanks to the teacher that taught him well. Because today we can speak english! "O"

In my childhood, I always was the top student. I didn't know why. I spent my childhood like any other children, I rarely touched the book or even had home work done before my class began. My teacher used to ask me in front of my class that "what did you eat that made you a claver boy" My answer was so simple "I don't know perhaps soy milk"

My family used to make soy milk and chinese bread and sold in the morning served as breakfast. We have our own recipe from our grandparents. The taste was fabulous rather than milk. Thai people don't like to drink milk. When we drink it we will get diarrhea. The fact of the matter is that, soy milk is the best source of protein that your brain need it before anything else.

You probably get an idea that how thai people prepare their breakfast compare to american traditional breakfast and european traditional breakfast!
