Success and Struggles
So, I am on course 4, lesson 3 that is my success. In that I have google analytics now enabled on my site. Since I have enabled I have been able to see the growth of my website visually. At my sessions were low (as low as 2 sessions or people visiting the site) now I have reached a now high (18 sessions), and on top of that all the other stats are starting to show and upward projection. Though it is not a huge number and it has not lead to any sales or ad revenues as of yet I am not discouraged. I fact it is quite the opposite.
If you are new here and are reading this I would say to you stay the course. Kyle and Carson know there stuff and the training is spot on to assist you in growing your website, your brand, and ultimately your business.
Now for the struggle, my blog that I started was a pet project to track my ups and downs well I travel the path to health and wellness well following a paleo lifestyle. Recently though I was talking to a life long friend of mine about life. I was telling him about my recent divorce.
If much complaining on my part I asked him how he was. He said that he was good but that he had a couple more episodes. In my pain and hurt that I was dealing with I forgot that my friend was dealing with something much bigger of an issue. My friend has MS they have not determined what type he has and how it will progress.
So, in tribute to him and his struggles I set out to write and article that is about paleo and how it can help people suffering from MS. That is where the struggle comes from. For days I have sat down to write the article. Hours of research, writing, rewriting and erasing entire parts to get what I want across to the best of my ability. It has been an epic struggle probably one that when I post it most likely tomorrow that I will look back and be glad for the journey.
In this I have learned it is easy to post something that you know about, but it is immensely more difficult to write about something you do not. To all that read this I challenge you to find something that is related to your niche that is something that requires great effort to learn and write about because the struggle will be worth the reward.
As one final thought that same principle can be applied to the training here. Though at times it is hard. I urge you not to skip one task or one lesson. Everything is on here because it works and sometimes it will fell like you are running up a hill with both legs tied together but when you reach the top the struggles will diminish and the big picture will come into view.

I know what you mean about other people sometimes having much bigger problems than ours, and sometimes it is easy to become too absorbed in our own. Yes, at times I have struggled with the training here, though each thing that I master takes my website on further and I am starting to see it coming together. Keep going my friend and you will get there.
