I lost 2.10 kg in 3 days.
I had gained about 4 kg and I wanted to lose weight.

I started drinking a lot of plain water, eating more fruits, vegetables and seeds.
I did 4 minutes of gymnastics daily and ran 2 or 3 times for 3 minutes each day.
I didn't drink juice anymore, because it has a lot of sugar.
On the first day I lost 0.90 Kg and on the 2nd day 1.20 Kg and on the 3rd day 0.00 Kg.

On this occasion, I remembered how a great actor had to gain 20 kg for a role.
After the premiere, he started the struggle to lose weight: he said that the first 12 Kg was not so difficult to lose weight. But the last 8 Kg he said that he was in the state of an alcoholic who lets himself drink; that is, very very difficult.
