What Do I Do when I'm Stressed and Exhausted
Best wishes to all WA-ers.
When I'm very tired and I don't know what to do, I noticed that I can get out of this state if I start working for 25 minutes.
Not necessarily 25 minutes, but 25 minutes has become a completely automatic habit for me; I've done this hundreds of times.
The state of depression passes like a miracle, as if it never happened.
Before I used to rest, now I get to work.
And I can do something properly when I focus only on the thing I have to do, for example: writing an article.

I guess that 25 minutes occupies your mind and the thing that was stressing your or depressing you moves to the back of your mind. This is a helpful suggestion.

And I treated her differently.
At some point this idea came to me.
And it was better!
