To do things in pieces-Reflections
To do things in pieces-
Reflections
Best wishes to all WA-ers.
It hurts me when I see the things I want to do that are not done.
It's hard for me, I see that something should have been done a long time ago and I didn't move.
And vice versa: how happy I am when something desired is started, more is done.
That's why I trained a lot to divide a work into 2, 3 samd.
Theoretically, you can divide into as many parts as you want; you can do the 10th part quickly, and yet many times I don't do anything.
Some things you can do piece by piece, but some you can't: you can't turn on the light halfway!
That's why I struggled to start immediately what I have to do, to do half or 10th part, something like that.
The next: I'm happy when I see that I've started something, it's not the same as before.
It took me a long time to do this well, for it to become a completely automatic habit.
Respectfully
Vasilee

I agree with you. I break most large tasks into small chunks. Getting a bit does is encouragement to move on with another piece.

Breaking things down into smaller bites helps a lot. Then, once we gain some momentum, better things happen. Take care, Vasile. :-)

It's always beneficial to break tasks down into "bite sized chunks" Vasile and take it one chunk at a time!
It may not seem like much at the time, but.... the more small chunks we are able to devour, the end of the task at hand will appear before we know it my friend! :-)
At least you are doing what you love to do and that's all that matters.
Try not to overdo everything at once.
Take care,
