How I cleaned the laptop--Reflections

I was struggling with my laptop, it was working hard.

I was being lazy and suddenly an idea came to me: I had met an experienced person on Youtube; I returned to his website and searched for laptop cleaning.

What I found?

I found a 14-minute video from 5 years old, I thought it was a bit old!
I followed him, head to tail 1 time. The 2nd time I took notes with time for different operations.
The 3rd time I concentrated for about 5 minutes and applied to my laptop. I managed to remove about 6 GB. The laptop was already working better.

Blame it on laziness

And I was lazy for a few days.
Now I decided to resume the study in its entirety. I concentrated on 2 parts that remained: about 4.5 minutes each.
Although it took me a long time to apply, I was surprised when my laptop started working like lightning; I couldn't believe it!

My experience with will

About 3 years ago, I found a 10-minute video on YouTube about the will from a well-known psychologist and I said I should try it.
37 times I followed it and applied it in my life; and I assimilated everything (about 95%!).
When I was working on laptop cleaning, I had this experience in mind so that I wouldn't get lazy.

I think that both experiences are models for me from now on.
Searching on Google, I found laptop cleaning and a 34-minute course on a learning platform to which I subscribe.
"Only what starts from the heart, changes the movements of life!"
