Notification is taking most of my time. Is there anything I can do about them?

In the WA community; people are really good and very helpful. They are willing to help one another. I am glad to read most lessons from them. As I am new and just starting. I am very much engaged in reading about all they say, they ask, they teach, etc.The serious part is found myself all the time bogged down to answering or commenting on notifications.
