Is the computer harmful?Some notes!

The computer can be harmful in many ways, and I will mention a few, in the following lines.

I had a little holiday in my business,I let my eldest son to take care of everything, I checked occasionally and I spent some time on the computer and,I even had back pain but a program must be made that it does not affect our health.

Eye Saver is better to be used, people with low vision should consume foods containing carotene to strengthen the retinal vessels.

It is good to have cactuses in the room where you keep the computer , the room must be aired as often, and it is necessary to clean up very often.

The computer screen must be repeatedly cleaned with a special solution.

We must have a special chair on wheels with a high back, adjustable and arms.

Because of an incorrect organization of work on the computer, it may be affected musculoskeletal, the back muscles will not work enough, leading to their degradation, the metabolism of the spine can be disrupted, especially intervertebral discs.

There may be many ailments, asthenia-neurotic reactions may occur: decreased concentration, sleep , damage increase excitability and irritability, exhaustion, headache.
