My trip back to Saudi Arabia in May of 2000
In May of 2000 I was invited back to Saudi Arabia as a guest of the Royal Family. That is the back of my head meeting King Abdullah, he has since passed away and we also met his three brothers and the present King Salman. Because I wrote a story about my Dad fixing the old King's Cadillac electric window. He gave my Dad a gold pocket watch for fixing the car while he waited.

Yes they are, I got some gold coins talking about celebrations, and briefcase, pen and pencil set, and a real sword saying the sword is the defense of Saudi Arabia and this is given to a friend of Saudi Arabia inscribed on the blade in a silver and gold sheath. I will send you a picture of it, if I can figure out how to do it here.
Ordinary Americans can line up like 3rd world beggars when the Saudis throw out coins. I've witnessed it!
When the King had his electric break in 1954 and my Dad fixed it that is what he was doing going thru the villages and throwing out coins to the poor folks
