Debit, Credit, And Paypal are all accepted, and you can cancel any time within your account settings. Billing happens every 30 days (or 31, not sure), so it's approximately the date you signed up (not the 1st).
Hope that helps and be sure to let us know if you have any more questions!
You can use a credit card or debit card. The recurring payment will happen regularly from the date you first upgrade. If you need to change the payment date, you can change it either in your account settings of give the desk a call.
If you go yearly, it will happen on the same date next year.

As Nathaniel mentioned. WA takes PayPal and standard debit/credit cards. Additional tip. I just renewed my premium for 2nd year. The payment link was corrupted and wouldn't accept my cards or PayPal. I asked, but WA doesn't take "old fashioned" methods such as accepted mailed checks or wire transfers. Kyle set me up as a direct member which deleted the corrupt renewal invoice and enabled a successful signup. Also if you have trouble with a renewal, you get 30 days to work out a method with your contacts and sites intact.
