Hello everyone!
I have been MIA lately, related to a severe depression I fell into around September. I absolutely hate this time of year!!! I have an automatic switch that flips the day the kids go back to school.
I had to make a decision, either lie around and let my traumatic memories haunt me until Spring, or pull myself up and make a change!
I have been learning about raising my vibration, connection with my spirit guides and angels, and all the holistic healing. I have learned a lot about myself and how to take time to care for myself since I am always taking care of everyone else.

Every night I listen to a self-help meditation or hypnosis. These seem to help me wake up in a good mood. Full of light and energy, it feels so good!
About 3 weeks ago, I woke up from a dream that I was able to remember. I truly believe it was a sign from one of my guides. I was running a website that had health information that was based around Holistic and Alternative Therapies for all different diagnoses.
So I just wanted to let you all know that I now have 2 websites up and running! I have my blog and just started putting my Holistic Healing site together.
I know that my calling is to help people in any way I can, so I truly believe these 2 sites will help a lot of people.
I'm sorry I dropped off the face of the earth for a while, but I'm BACK!!!
