I just got off the phone with a family member that told me some good advice. He said when your on the computer for long periods of time, try and look away and do something else every 20 minutes. It can be as simple as looking out the window or going to get something to drink. It makes it better on your eyes.
Im going to take that advice.

I agree with the family member, Dolph. I started a few weeks ago and I was so excited with the training and when I went premium, the new lessons were awesome! I didn't come up for air very often. I soon found myself with what I called in my blog "Brain Overload". You have to take breaks and get away from what you are doing to keep a fresh outlook and stay focused. Sitting for hours in front of the computer may seem to be dedication, but it will drain you.
Recharge on a regular basis, I think from all that you have said, you have what it takes to be a success in this business and you don't need to burn out!
