The Cart Before the Horse
First off - could everyone visit my website and give me some feedback? It is www.weddingplanningtidbits.com. I have created all the content, added pictures, created blogs and am in lesson 3 of Course 3. I haven't seen any traffic and so I am wondering if something is wrong or if I need to do something different. I have to say I'm feeling kind of discouraged. Every website I visit on WA is so great. It looks like everyone is doing so well.
The reason I ask about the cart before the horse is I'm not sure I'm doing everything in the right order. I have no doubt that Kyle and Carson know the order to take people in the training but I'm worried that I'm not doing everything I can to get ranked in Google. I've set up some affiliate accounts but have not linked to them yet. I've seen training that mentions publishing your posts or pages as articles but I haven't went through the training for that yet. Is that crucial to getting ranked? Should the traffic come before the advertising or vice versa? Maybe I'm just feeling overwhelmed.
Anyway, any input you could throw my way would be great. My overall experience here at WA has been great and I am confident in being able to turn this into making money but I guess I just want to make sure I'm on the right track. Thanks, in advance, for your help.

It takes time to build traffic. I followed the training and did put link ads in mine before real traffic. I also made little cards with my website address on and carried them with me so that when I was talking to someone I could give them a card to check out my site.
Thanks for the encouragement and the advice. Good idea to do with the cards. I'm moving ahead. I do love this training, it makes it pretty easy to follow but doesn't give you any patience. Haha! Thanks again.

Stick with Kyle & Carson's training, it will get you there. Have you gotten any word out to people about your site? I mean other than here.

you have to have people going to your site before you will see any traffic. Get the word out there!
Hang in there. You've only been here since March. Just over a month.
It does take time. Do you have your Google analytics set up to see how much traffic you are getting? Or do you mean you're not getting any comments?
It's hard to wait, and it's hard to see no one doing anything. Hang in there. You are ahead of me.
It seems like there is success everyday here. Sometimes it's just showing up and waiting.

I haven't posted any articles myself. Keeping busy with the ones for the website.
I'll have a look. Don't know that I'll be much help though.

Since you have your affiliates I'd add them.
I like that wedding planner idea about the who does what spreadsheet. I'd add a sample. I sure wish I had one when we got married.
We did the everybody helped out wedding. There were only a couple of flakes. It didn't affect the ceremony and that's where our focus was.

Wow! I loved your website. It's uncluttered and easy to navigate. I like your choice of lettering...it fits the 'wedding feel'. Articles are great. If you have done all this in just three lesson, you should be extremely proud...great job. If I can suggest one thing to help...if you are feeling overwhelmed and feel like you missed steps...just stop, go back and review each training video. Just a quick look to make sure you haven't missed anything. This, I think, will give you reassurance that you are on the right track. Following the procedures laid out by Kyle and Carson is important...if you get ahead of the program it will become overwhelming. That is just my take on things. Hope this rambling helps.
