Success in Less Than a Month
Hello everyone! I've been part of WA for less than a month now and I have created my first website. www.weddingplanningtidbits.com and I'm feeling pretty good about it. Please visit and comment. I didn't think I would be this far along so that is why I feel successful.
Sometimes I get so wrapped up in this that I feel like I'm neglecting my family but they are supportive and know what I'm trying to accomplish.
I was feeling really good about where I am at and was going to share my website with friends and family and then I hit the Google+ lesson. Now I feel like there is so much I don't know and so much I need to learn. I know I can do it though if I just take it step by step like I have so far. Kyle and Carson don't fail me now!
I would like to make my first little amount of money in 3 months time and replace our income in 6 months time. I'm willing to put in the time and effort. I would also like to create a few more websites after I've learned a lot more. Ideas pop into my head everyday. Every time I think of a question about something, I think - ooooh, I could create a website about that!
I'm so glad I found this business and I'm so thankful for all the people at WA who are supportive and answer all the simple questions. I know we all can be successful if we work together. God speed!

Your website looks great! I hope mine will look that professional and be as functional as yours is. I have some experience with the process....but that was probably 15 years ago...so much has changed in that time! But, I do feel that WA will provide the tools to make that possible.

I just took a look at your website, its very good, well done for the design - simple, elegant, straight forward, easy to navigate and very informative for the visitor.
You should maybe think about making some money designing websites for businesses, I have started doing this and have my first client already, I think you have great design skills, that you could leverage for businesses.
I think you will succeed on WA if you continue like websites like that.
I loved your article, I also get fed up with pop ups and banners pushed at me on line, I think it turns most people off.

I really like the idea of your website, especially ideas for something other than wedding cake.
The only thing i noticed, was that the first thing i read about was mountain weddings. While it would be nice if I lived in the mountains, it didn't pertain to me, so I wasn't full of interest.
I was wandering if maybe having the top portion of your site a section for different topics, might lead you to more visitors that come back. The website itself is great, but if a user was initially introduced to an option for 20 different wedding ideas, I would think your hits would multiply.
You definitely have a great perspective for weddings, and this could very well go far!

Right now its that large picture and it is at the beginning of every blog and every page. I agree that the visitor should see their options right away.
