How to Free Up Page Space on Home Page

I posted this question to the community and several tried to help me. Thank you. Apparently being a novice, I probably didn't ask the question clearly enough. Since I put the 'Contact Page' and the 'Privacy Page' in the footer, how could I fill the space of those two pages with other content pages? Well, I finally found the answer in a tutorial by Kyle. It involved creating a new menu! So if anyone else is having the same concern. Following is the answer. As frustrating as that was, It just shows that persistance pays off.
