My Website is Google Indexed.Now What?

I now have 2 websites Google Indexed and tried googling keywords for them and didn't see the websites of mine. I suppose that being indexed doesn't mean they are high on the list.
So, how does one improve the indexing score?
Any help/advice is welcome! Thanks in advance to everyone.

Indexing and ranking are two different things. Rankings happen over time, indexing just tells you Google knows about your content. :)
