Im not getting any wealthy affiliate email on my laptop at all. what could be the issue?

To activate your Wealthy Affiliate emails you must go to https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/home/my_profile
And on "Email Notification Settings", where it says “Do you want to receive email?” you must click "Yes".
Then you must go to "Notifications", and click “edit” and mark all the kind of notifications that you want.
ok. I just tried that now it is saying my Wealthy Affiliates Comm refuse to connect. When I first signed up for this it was with my phone since then I have got a laptop that I'm trying to get my emails and website built and use my laptop instead of my phone so I need to transfer I guess somehow my info from my phone to my laptop to my laptop starts receiving it how would I go about that?
