Fresh Smoothie Places in Toronto, Canada.That's where I live, eat, sleep and breath...at the drive thru !!

When most people think of a refreshing beverage, it usually comes in the shape of a Coke or a Pepsi, sucked through a straw, immediately upon acquisition, while negotiating the sharp turn on the way out of the drive thru. It appears, in no time, through a small window, in some meaningless and brief transaction, usually with some overtly packaged sandwich, with a slab of hormone injected, additive infested, "mystery patty style meat" tucked inside. All this food-less flavour is often covered with, and accompanied by some loosely arranged condiments, hastily jammed inside of a highly over-processed bun. I'm not making this up.
And while it's approaching the way that the majority of the North American continent eats on a daily basis, PEOPLE ARE GETTING SICK!! ...REALLY SICK !!
There are some ground shifts toward healthy eating, but it to slow in finding traction underneath the onslaught of neon lit, 24 hour drive thru's, that feed people their very own, self designed, slow poison. It's all dished out, laughingly (without dishes), using the corporately modelled, executive boardroom overseen, departmentally blind studied, insider test marketed, laboratory kitchen born, scientifically manufactured....(insert deep breath)....."Frankenfood Machine" !!
A brown bag, full of brown food. A rinse and repeat menu of empty calories, with zero nutrition....BIG FAT ZERO !
I know these, and the rest of the deceptively mislabelled, "new paradigm" foods and drinks personally, because they used to make up about 60% of my diet… and for not all that long. In fact, this food tore me down like an ageing structure under demolition, in a pretty big hurry.
My seriously alarming health crisis, finally gave way to a badly needed change....one that, if I was radical enough about it, I would be able to come out on the other side, looking and feeling great again.
The smoothie, as I soon discovered, fast became the miracle that placed itself high on the list, as a most amazing food. It could be taken daily, in the form of a delicious and convenient drink, and provide itself as a meal, with 20 times the food value of anything out there.
After finding the insane value, and healing properties, in the smoothie, particularly the green smoothie, there was no looking back. I was on the road to recovery, and nothing was going to stop me from obtaining glowing health and vitality. It actually happened super fast. Hey, I could even classify this as "fast food".
There weren't a lot of fresh smoothie places in Toronto, when I first started drinking them… So I really couldn't go out and get one at the golden arches, although they sold one that was deviously marketed to pose as one, packaged with perfection, bathed in the word "real", and laughably called a smoothie. I'm getting myself going again !!...YES I AM...I digress.
After losing 82 pounds in an extremely short period of time, which I attributed to drinking smoothies, a couple of water fasts, and eating a lot more green living food… I am now a brand-new person. Transformed and reborn.
I think I'll open up one of those hard to find fresh smoothie places in Toronto! Since it makes me, my taste-buds, and my tummy feel great....I'll call it something luscious, like the ingredients !!
I will bring this "miracle beverage" to the masses.
