Almost a good week of content writing and training.

The week before last I took a few days to plan a time schedule for my life and my side hustles because I was not getting enough done.

I allocated time to four major parts of my life. Career, Nutrition, Relationships and Online Business. Just about every hour of every day was used and I went full steam ahead into the week.

Result

I went exceedingly well on Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu and the start of Friday. At 5pm on Friday we had an office party and I had a few drinks. I wasn't wasted but I didn't get any content written on friday night and saturday was going to be a big day and I only manageed to get Jay's live trainign in.

Even though I missed two days on my online business, I still managed to have a very productive week. Two trainging sessions plus One live training with Jay, over 1000 words, a bunch of exercise, good conversations with friends and family via phone and still a high level of productivity in my full - time job.

Hopefully I'll improve on this over the coming weeks and months ahead.

Happy that I took the time to do a time schedule and would reccomend it to anyone that hasn't done it yet.
