What's the catch here?

So, I've been searching for keywords the other day and I randomly decided to check the results for the "iphone" keyword in the WA Keyword Tool. I knew it would be very competitive and highly searched. So here's what i got:
Just what you expected, right? I thought the same, but what I saw next actually surprised me:
So I googled it and I got "About 2,690,000,000 results". So how is all this possible and what's the catch here?
