Do You Plan To Be Busy Or Lazy
Hello Everyone! Thank you for taking the time to read this blog entry!
As I sit here and am thankful for all the help that many people have given me, I can see that they have definite goals. The one thing I notice is that none of these goals have the intention of laziness in mind.
So I wonder, if you are to achieve your financial goals, what do you plan to do then?
Are your goals something like "I want to buy all the coolest new things and show off what I got!" Or are they "I just plan to lay out at the pool every day and just count my money as it comes in. I really don't want to do much work."
Well if I am able to hit my financial goals, I don't plan to be less busy, I plan to be more busy? Do you? Here is what I mean. If I had the freedom to work independently and support my family and have more free time, that time would be filled with the things that I really want to do. Would you like to be able to start to help more people that are in need? If yes, how so? Would it be by laying out at the pool doing nothing, or by going out and meeting these people?
Would your goals be to be able to teach others how to follow the steps that helped make you successful (teach a person to fish)? I don't see you doing that in just a couple hours a day and the rest of your time being spent partying.
Don't get me wrong, I would like the ability to be able to travel more and provide a better life not just for my family, but for whomever gets sent to me. We all need time to rest. But when I do reach my goals, I plan to be much more busy then than I am now. We are no made to just sit back and relax. We are made for motion and to find meaning!
I have always found the most gratifying times in my life were from giving rather than receiving.
So my hope for us all is to be very busy, but busy with the things that have meaning in our lives!

Nope, wouldn't just lay around. If my financial goals are met, I would use them to springboard some life changing research to benefit all of mankind.
Thanks for the reply Labman and thanks for reading it! I hope to be much more busy as well! :)
