The new ad platform is a fact. Google says to help us to make better ads for the mobile world. The expanded text and responsive ads will help us to create better targeted campaigns to connect better with or audience on their smart phone, tablet, laptop or desktop.
This is the biggest change in the last 15 years. The little bad news is; " all you know about adwords is no longer useful". This because of the new expanded text ads! With 50 characters more. Just gather all the info you can get to figure out how to use the 50 characters best. So what are Expanded Text Ads? This are Adwords Ads only two times bigger than current ads. They will run on the search and Google Display networks responsive.

Yeah, this has been coming for some time and it is going to be interesting how their latest update impacts ad costs and PPC prices across various verticals. I have a call with Adwords in the next couple of weeks here and I will keep everyone in the loop with what they have to say.

The prices only going up, as You could see it coming.
More competitive because only the 2 first ads were counting, with this expanded text update it is only the first ad that counts.
The mobile network is for the bigger spenders, bud see what Google have to say.
