Origin Unreachable
Hello everyone,
I have been unable to work on my site for almost a week now. Something happened almost 4 weeks ago when I was getting a bad gateway message, then Site Support seemed to fix it. But then a week ago, I was unable to log in. Site support thought it was something to do with Ezoic and asked me to change DNS settings which I did, but still no joy.
Then they asked me to wait as they were looking into it, today (6 days later) they got back to me and said they have whitelisted Ezoics IP addresses. I was still unable to log in using Site Manager - getting the Origin Unreachable message above. But before ranting at Site Support I tried logging in through Hubs. I was able to log into the back office, but I am unable to do anything else.
The login through hubs only appears to work sometimes.
If I do get logged in and try to update any plugins or make a new post, I eventually get the Origin Unreachable message again.
It has been a week. I do not know what else to do. Has anybody seen anything like this with their sites that are running Ezoic?
Note this is only for one of my websites, the other sites work fine. Note:? I do not have Ezoic on them.
I guess the obvious answer is to remove Ezoic and see if that fixes the problem.
Ezoic are no help as I am at the lowest tier and they offer very limited support there.
Thoughts?
I cannot even remove Ezoic, until I can log in.
It has been a week now

can you log in directly to your site
https://[your url]/wp-admin using your log in information for the user....
if you can then that may be the easiest way....
or when trying to log in does it offer you the alternative log in and have you clicked on that
with the managed hosting and wordpress the site is constantly under attack , so they have locked down as much as possible who accesses your sites...
but this is a fine balance, it may stop you performing your business....
it can be very frustrating and behind the scenes you may have multiple people working on the issue with your site - they may all have different ideas....
with ezoic, are you getting clicks on your ads...if not , as you say maybe remove it once you manage to log in for now...
i really hope that your current issue gets sorted soon....
I will try to reach out to Kyle or Carson. They good at this. Try PM this post. I hope that helps.

Sorry, I am of no help in this matter. Never heard of Ezoic until today. I looked it up. Yeah, I am not that advanced. Have you tried Eleven Labs for video? I don't know if that is what you are using Ezoic for.
I hope you get it straightened out soon.

It turns out that when I updated the DNS files per Site Support's request on Ezoic. I should have deleted the old DNS from the Ezoic server. It makes sense now that I think about it, but at the time it was not mentioned, and I did not give it a thought.
Once I deleted the old DNS - magically everything worked. Site Support did solve it in the end, though it took a while.
Thanks to everyone who chimed in with advice.

Glad it worked out for you Alex!
