Alone or Lonely ?
Being alone and having the peace and quiet, enables us to become closer to our inner self. After a lifetime of always having another person to lean on and then to placed into a position of solitude, has taught me a great lesson.
Without sounding selfish- It's really all about me first. I have to know myself-my strengths and weakness and get very close to the real me.
Much of the work I have done on myself has been forced upon me (kicking and screaming with a definite fear of the unknown), but I must say I am a better man for it.
Solitude has broken the Shells that once covered my Soul- ego- personality.
I've become more understanding, relevant, mature and somewhat more loving.
So my point is - " get to know You".

Lonliness is a heavier and greater subject which I have experienced to a great degree. I shall cover that in another Blog.
