I did not have a good experience with Graphic Stock. I gave them my visa card number, agreed to try them for the free trial, went to cancel after 5 days of the trial and found that they had billed me $99 US on my card the day before!
When I called them they said I had agreed to subscribe to the $49 a month option and then I upgraded to the $99 per year. No way, I said, why would anyone do that when the 7 day trial was not up?
In the end(after going through 3 staff members) they said they would make an exception and I would get this one time reimbursement. What????? Ok. I said I appreciated that "exception" but that they should check out their sign up software so this does not happen to someone else. No clue. They had no reaction. No clue!
So sorry that happened to you! I cancelled mine on day 6 and did not get a bill. They did offer me several 'deals' which I declined. I didn't really like their photo selection either. Not enough real-life photos. Glad you worked it out in the end - they realized you were special :)
