Don't quite understand your question , the videos are in English, have you got any kind of hearing aids? or is there a specialist you can speak to? sorry to hear the problem, hope you can fix it soon.
If you watch any of foreign movie with different language, they tend to add English subtitles for you all to watch it, right? Same thing for Deaf and hard of hearing people too.
Why not to add English subtitle like YouTube, Netflix, Redbox, and etc for deaf and hard of hearing people like me to watch it? This company is not for free and we have to pay monthly to learning it like you and everyone, right?
If you were in our my shoes, you will feel frustrated and struggled to understand anyone who speaking through a live training videos/Webinars, it was like you watch it with mute on with no sound. I will be very surprise if you could understand what they say with MUTE on.
FYI, most of us are highly motivated to learning into Internet business like you and everyone do.
That mean I will have to pay an interpreters to translate it for me while I watch each videos and which it will cost us average $60 to $120 per hours + gas/mileages for transportation from their place to my place or at library for just me only. Imagine to many Deaf and Hard of Hearing people from out of town and states who will have to pay for their own an interpreters too. It would have cost all of us over $1,00,000 vs to compare with your only one time small fees for add it each video with English subtitles. So how many you have videos and plus how many minutes/hr each videos? So you go figured..
