Hi Kyle, On my website "DoggyClothingandApparel.com" nothing shows up on the home page. if I use the categories and go to my posts , that works fine but if i hit the home butto
Why doesnt anything t=show up on the front page?

have you selected 'static home page'
if so then you will need to create a 'home' page...
or if you want it as the blog roll then goto
settings>>reading >>your homepage displays - your latest posts
just to make sure it is set to your blog roll
going to your site home page - if you add /blog at the end of the url you see your blog - so it has been set to a static page as mentioned above....
with your static home page called 'front page'
HI Feigner, thanks for the info. Now if you go to my page, Doggyclothingandapparel.com, you will see Welcome to DoggyClothingandApparel.com and other Posts below that and that is great. If i go to a different category and then click the home button it doesn't go back to the Welcome page. what should i do? ive tried several times. what am I missing?

well done getting that far...
the home button in your menu is now pointing to a page not your home page....
if you goto
appearance>>menus
i assume you called it top menu or home menu
so select that one and click edit....
click on hte little down arrow on the home menu item to expand it and edit the link to goto your url rather than the page - remove the colibri-wp/
and click save ....
when you goto your site you may need to press ctrl+f5 bto refresh your browsers cache
and now click home and it will take you to your home page....
looks like the same info that kyle has given you....
Hi Feigner, thank you . sorry I didnt get back sooner. now the problem I have noticed is that my blog Doggy Clothing And Apparel isnt always the first [post on my home page. How do i do that? Thank you in advance.
remember that most visitors will enter your site through a blog post ....so will not land on your home page....
but to set that psot to the top always then click on posts and hover over that post - click on quick edit ....
and click the make post sticky box...
this will keep it at the top of the list....
