For as long as I could remember I was always a little business man even if I didn't know it at the time. I was always trying to find new ways to get money. I would always save the money I got from my grandparents for birthdays and Christmas. I would also try to convince my parents to pay me to complete tasks around the house (the price would vary depending on how big or small the task was). As I got older I started looking for new ways to make money because I realized I couldn't get from parents forever. I then started buying retro sneakers and reselling them for more money. I quickly realized that the success and results that I wanted weren't going to come from reselling sneakers, I needed something bigger and better but what? Then it hit me why not create my own business. I would spend hours on the computer searching for how to start because I had absolutely no idea. By this time I was 16 and in high school. I stumbled upon a few get rich quick schemes and being young and naive I joined but only to continuously have my dreams crushed. These schemes promised so much but never delivered. My parents would always say that I am waisting my money on nonsense and although I had failed a few times I never saw it that way I was very persistent. I just saw it as investing in myself, even though it didn't work out a lot of the times I would just chalk it up as a learning experience or one of the obstacles I had to overcome before success.

One day when I was searching the internet for some more ideas I stumbled upon another "to good to be true" schemes but having learned from my past I decided to search online to see what people had to say about. It turned out I was right it was just another scam but while I was reading the review the author said wrote something that caught my eye. He wrote that he had a free course to creating your own successful online business and I started smiling because that was just what I was looking for. I then found out more information via email which eventually lead me to Wealthy Affiliate. When I signed up and started learning from the free courses I knew that I would have happily paid for this service. Everything that is offered for free is amazing and could give you a great start. That's when I learned there was more valuable information that I could be getting if I upgraded to premium and I jumped at the opportunity. I just believe that with premium I could reach new heights that I could before, and as you probably know by now I was never afraid to invest in myself.
