I am a plasterer by proffession.

Every day I get up get in my van and go to work plastering and applying stucco on to peoples houses walls etc... Its a tough day but I am usually happy with the work I turn out and when a job is finished there is always a sense of achievement.

As I get older I often think I cant go on with the damage this job causes on the body and feel the need to slow down (its been over 20 yrs now).

I still like the job, dont get me wrong, I just wish I did not have to do it. If I could do just what I felt like and pick and choose what I wanted to do all would be fine and good.

Whilst at work today I was thinking; I know quite a bit about what I do in plastering and am still interested in the job its just the physical toll and the day to day grind that igetting to me! Why don't I help others?

Currently I have a website www.muscleme.org geared around my interest of weight training which is getting there (not earning me money as yet ). But What would you think if I set up a website teaching plastering techniques and tips etc that they could do on their own property or whatever??? I could talk about tools and materials or problems, different finishes etc... What do you think? Shall I do it or stick with my other website for now?

Hello Deri,
That's a great idea. You should definitely do it!

I think that would be a wonderful site! More and more people are searching online for the information to be able to do their own projects at home in an attempt to save money! And there would be all kinds of product ideas for monetizing!

I think that you should certainly create a website for this. With 20 yrs. of experience, you bring much knowledge about it to the table and so you'll have no shortage of things to say about it. Easy to monitize too because there are tons of products in that niche. And, you could write a small how-to guide and either sell it or give it as a gift to drive traffic or build a list. So I say go for it!

Hello,
With such exeperience in plastering, I think you can find happiness creating a website that talks about thoses techniques that you know that well.
I think that you can do both, stick with your first website but create your new one too aswell.
To be honest, you made me want to see a website about plastering techniques, so why others wouldn't be interested in?

Wishing you the best here at WA and in your life,

Greg.
