Hello everybody,
I am finishing my site in weight loss niche and at this point I want to build an opt-in page where the subscriber can get a free report.Should it be a pop
I would suggest a stable one, I for one hate pop ups and never taken any notice to them. Just my preference.

I can only tell you what I think. I hate pop-ups and I find it way more professional to have a stable opt-in form on your website. In terms of subscriptions I guess its better to have a pop-up.
If you indicate enough that you have this free report in your posts, it should work out with the stable version well.

How am I going to build a stable one? Is there any plugin that I could use?

Sorry, no suggestions so far. I am not at that stage myself, so I havent had a look into this so yet. But I will soon ;o)

I successfully transferred my web site,I made some editing and then I decided to change the theme.I selected omega and I made the installation.Then I didn't like the widgets and
That's your sidebar's space. You can add stuff like Latest Posts, Recent Comments, Custom Menus, Ads, and more.
Go to:
Appearance > Widgets
This is where you can add stuff to your sidebar.

An other thing that i can't manage is that if i want a calendar in my home page it appears in all pages.Do you now if I can select a widget only for one page?

Probably not. I think you can only do that with premium themes. But I'm not too sure.
