How Do I get These Features In The Header?

Published on Wealthy Affiliate — a platform for building real online businesses with modern training and AI.
The following features I believe to be excellent for E-E-A-T, particularly trust (correct me if I am wrong, appraciated).
The social media followers, subs etc looks great and serves to show a good following.
Below that, "Fact Checked" when you click it a pop up appears.
The blured text simply indicates their own in-house fact checking process.
When you click the "Why Trust [website]" a pop up appears that is similar to the above, giving reason to trust them, who they are, experience in the industry and other such details.
Appreciated how to do this, what plugin to use etc.
