Just Reached My First $100 Month With Adsense

A fine howdy to all who read this:

I've been in the affiliate marketing space for about 3 years now. I've started a few sites with some success, each more profitable than the last. But I stopped working on each of them after the honeymoon stage of starting a new blog had passed. Then I'm on to my next idea.

This changed for my latest site. I worked very hard to provide value and focused on a mix of informative pieces along with affiliate posts. This has paid off in spades, as I have way more traffic with this latest site than I ever had with any of my previous ones (even though my previous sites had more posts).

It may not seem like much, but I'm proud of the fact that I managed to reach $100 in Google Adsense for the month. My numbers have been steadily rising and I feel like I've hit a great milestone. I finally feel like my efforts are being rewarded.

I guess I wanted to make this post to encourage other people. Sometimes it does take time to start getting making money, and the effort that goes into making a money-making site is nothing to sneeze at. It's consistent, hard work. I understand why people often don't succeed in this place. Heck, I even struggled with this and (honestly) still kind of do struggle with it.

But I'm definitely motivated to continue working on my site. My feelings about being financially free have not changed. It's no longer just a dream - it's a goal that I know I'll accomplish. I'm going to turn that $100 into $200, then $500, then $1000+. I'm shooting for the stars, personally.

Hopefully, you all with accomplish your financial goals too. I'm rooting for you. And remember, never give up. You can take a break or even start again. But don't cheat yourself out of the future you deserve.
