What Will Worrying Do For You?

What good will it do for you to worry? When you stop to think about it, nothing. It won't help you in any way. It is worthless. What worrying really does is put you in a perpetual state of self-doubt, which will in the end, will destroy your life's endeavors. Not only is it of no value, it will slowly destroy the value that you have by magnifying your self-doubt. As you slip away into fear and doubt, your health can be affected, as well as sleep patterns, social endeavors, and overall, your general well being. And the reason is, you doubted there would be a good outcome. it is your fault because you doubted yourself.

Yes, it is true. You did it to yourself, when in all actuality it will probably never be as bad as you imagine it will turn out anyway, no matter what it is. And if it does turn out to be earth-shattering, it is perhaps either a change for the better, as in a relationship that is poor, or a wake-up call that you can do better. If it is something beyond your control, let it go to fate, and know that in the end, it will probably be all right anyway. It usually is. When you look back, many of the times you thought, "I'm never going to make it." Or, "I just can't pull this off." But somehow you did. You did do it.

No matter what it is, you will make it. It won't do you any good anyway to worry. You have made it so far; you are in one piece. You have pretty much seen it all, so you can handle it. You really can. And you will realize that all worry does is wear you out anyway. You are far too intelligent to sacrifice your hard work for worrying that you know won't change the outcome of the situation. So, trust yourself;, be confident!

And, Don't Worry!

You know better than that. Deep inside, you know it is true, even if you're tempted to continue driving yourself crazy. It's human nature, but human nature can get out of control sometimes. So don't take the wings of success off and lay them on the counter. You need them to succeed. You are a strong person or you wouldn't be where you are today. It's true. It is all because of you that you are sitting where you are. It will turn out the way it does anyway. So, don't worry...cast your doubts away. It's just human nature called "fear knocking" knocking at your door. Don't let it in! It's an unwanted guest, so tell it to go away!

Have a nice weekend every.one, and don't worry,youv'e got this! :)

It's human nature to worry about things Denise, sometimes things that we can control, but most of the time, things we cannot.

I used to worry a lot about things that don't really matter, but still do worry daily, mainly about the health of family and loved ones and what I can do to help.

When it comes to business and work, I worry very little.

Please don't worry my friend! And have a fantastic weekend yourself!

We don't worry Jesse, we're just too smart for that! You have a great weekend too! ;)

:-)

Very true

I'm very proud to say I don't worry anymore, but I use to alot.

I am so happy to hear that. l am to keep up with you. l got worried about retirement. I am not going to do that. I know it will work somehow. When you get older, you tend to get concerned. Children are gone; you have a chance to do something else, but you better make or you won't have security when you get older. It is wise to start young and try not to allow a setback. I had major ID fraud; took me a few years to get back on my feet. So, I'm trying to "rebuild."

Have nice Lissy! Enjoy your fourth and I know you won't worry about thing. You gotta under control.:)

I do have articles, I haven't figured out how to post to emails like you guys do, but my website is: allthingschristians.com

I don't know either. :) I am new; I am admit I'm informed enough yet. I didn't even know this until lately. I had no idea we ranked. I know they post to other sites; I am planning to learn immediately. I'll let you know. I'll get back with you. :) I want to learn how to I put a couple on my onw site.

This is beautifully well said, Denise as it is uplifting.

Have a great 4th Of July/Indepence Day Weekend.

Myra

I just don't see the point, and yes we all do it. We do, let's face it. But, it can get the best of you, and I think it is best to get the "cowgirl" boots on and say "heck no; I'm not having another showdown at high noon with you!" No dual here; do you know what I mean. I've have a couple duals, and it just wasn't worth it. I felt like my head was blown off by something stupid. I know you see the humor in it; you do actually do it to yourself. There's no one there; it's you.

Have a good weekend and enjoy your fourth! :) It's gonna be a cooker, but the sun is shining.

You're sweet Myra... thank you for liking it; your comments are very encouraging to me. TU. :)

You are very welcome, Denise. 😊

Thank you,

Myra

Very Powerful post, Denise.

Our posts are true and reveal our deepest fears. There is no way to really understand what we share except by living through our pain.

I admire your strength. You are recognizing your worth and power and are using it to help those in the situation you were once in. There is no greater love.

Take care and be safe.

Ntlhane

Thank you Ntlthane! I admit, I've done my share of worrying; freaking out actually. :) I came out of situation where I felt less than appreciated; I spent years writing while I went through it. It's a long story, and I also got sick from Covid. I'm fine now; in fact, I cured my Covid toes with research and it worked. But I am not used the change so quickly; it's really; 4 months. So, I find myself looking back, and it is hard to readjust. I had to use some "tough love" on some people. Sometimes, it's the only way to love them is to let them go to "figure it out. Life is too short to waste, and I decided I'd put my foot down and think of myself for a change. This is my first opportunity in many years, and I haven't "traditionally" worked. So, I needed a work record. That is what I'm working on; credibility so I can support myself. I know you understand; I can feel it when you describe your own life. We're all the same Ntlthane. I know we are! Some people are just more mature than others. :)

Thank you for commenting; I can always count on you. :)
