Took A Challenge And I'm Loving It!
In the past two weeks, I took a challenge by going on a free trial fitness classes and so far I'm loving it!
I have been thinking about this for a few months now to enrol in a fitness class because I want to lose weight and be physically fit and active. Because of my busy schedule at work and at home, I find it hard to find the time. But I need to squeeze it in and find the time to do some physical exercise if I want to achieve this goal.To lose weight and be physically fit is one of my goals this year so I need a bit of encouragement from others in order to motivate myself and finally go for it!
Fortunately, a friend of mine texted me in Whats App and gave me a link for a free one day trial pass to a leisure gym centre. This encouraged and motivated me to finally go for it!
So, I immediately went to the site and applied for the free one day trial pass which happened to be not only for one day but went on for a week.
The result of my blood test was also served as a triggering factor to go for this free trial fitness class.The boost of energy that I felt physically and mentally having tried a variety of fitness classes during my days off made me decide to enrol and finally applied for a membership of the fitness gym.
My aim is to gain strength and stamina for I have a very low Vitamin D level in my blood. I am not getting enough sunshine vitamin from where I live neither I am not getting enough vitamin D in the foods that I eat. But it's Spring time now and I'm hoping to get enough sunshine soon, lol :)
Well that's it! I finally took this challenge and I am determined to achieve my goal of losing weight and be physically fit and active.
