My best month so far on Amazon - over $3,700
I'm still relatively new to the affiliate world. I really started to take this seriously 2 years ago (almost to the date). I did take a course on affiliate marketing and that really helped, but it has really been the networking in FB groups that helped me more as I learned things much faster that way.
I also did tons of research on how to do better with amazon (there are a lot of great articles out there. I started to make some more, and then just did a lot of trial and error.
In November 2018 I reached $3,774. I know there's some extra in there due to the holidays. But, in October I made a bit over $3,500.
I have to say that the biggest key to success here has been writing more focused articles about products related to my niche and making sure they are SEO optimized. While I get a lot of traffic from pinterest, I get much more from SEO and this is what's converting best.
I hope December goes well. I'm nervous as my traffic always decline in December.

Yes, Amazon is just one the ways I earn money. I have other affiliates, too and other ways. Amazon works really well for some niches if physical products are involved. But it doesn't work as well for other niches (e.g. personal finance) not related to physical products.
