LETS DANCE!
I like to compare starting an online business to learning how to dance. When I first started dancing many years ago I was very intimidated by the people that new how to dance because I didn’t know my right foot from my left, let alone what dancing on the 2 beat meant. I thought that all of the good dancers wouldn’t what to dance with me because I was a newbie, but I jumped in anyway because it was something that I really wanted to learn and do. What I found out was all of the good dancers started out in the exact same place that I was in and most of them wanted to help. They could relate with me and all of the doubt and fear and inadequate feelings that I was going through.
People wanted to help, and I was welcomed into a world I knew nothing about. The language was different, the environment was different, the people were different, the feeling were different, the physical body movements were different, everything was new to me. I began taking classes and found out there were classes for people on all levels, beginners, intermediate and advanced, and there were good teachers and not so good teachers, so I jumped into some beginner classes, found some good teachers and began working along side of people that were in the same exact place that I was in. I made many new friends and we encouraged and supported each other along the way.
IT GETS BETTER!
Taking up dancing was one of the best things I have ever done for myself in my life, but it was not easy. Learning is a process not an event and it takes time, but after you have learned something, it becomes second nature, and part of who you are, and then what happens is, “what once was hard to do now becomes easy for you”. Today I can go anywhere in the world and step out onto the dance floor with confidence. I am able to socialize and have fun in an environment that I spent most of my life being a wall flower in. The best part of it is that the Women Love Me “LOL”. It has proven to be a great asset and socializing tool for me, along with many other benefits and it’s great fun, something I will take with me for the rest of my life.

You Fox Trotted your way into a high-stepping analogy there, Deadly, and I for one would love to dance with you some day, but only after I take some refresher courses in the styles I danced as a girl and some beginning classes in ballroom and all the classic dances ~ including the Tango, you bet your bottom dollar!
